Since 1796, the rich musical quality<\/strong><\/span> of PACCARD cast bronze bells has resonated all over the world. Like Steinway or Stradivarius, PACCARD is synonymous with musical excellence. Marrying centuries-old traditions with state-of-the-art technologies, the company has perfected its craft over eight generations.\u00a0<\/p>

Today, PACCARD Bell Foundry, located in Sevrier on the shores of Lake Annecy, is recognized worldwide as the leader in church bells<\/strong><\/span> and carillons<\/strong><\/span>. To date, the Foundry has produced more than 125,000 bells and carillons that enhance the daily lives of communities around the globe.\u00a0<\/p>

The first PACCARD bell was cast by Antoine Paccard in 1796 for the church in Quintal, Haute-Savoie. Today the Foundry is managed by Philippe Paccard, with the assistance of his brother, Cyril. With Philippe and Cyril at the helm, the company is now entering the third millennium.<\/p>

In 1999, The Paccards established the Ars Sonora<\/strong><\/span>, a concept that seamlessly integrates the musicality of bells with architectural design. PACCARD Foundry<\/strong> is today the world reference for church bells<\/strong><\/a> and carillons<\/strong><\/a>. Between tradition and modernity, 7 generations of founders<\/strong> have succeeded each other at the head of the company. In total, more than 120,000 bells<\/strong> give rhythm to the everyday life of towns and villages all over the world.<\/p>

In 1796<\/strong> the first PACCARD bell<\/strong> was cast by Antoine Paccard, founder of the company<\/strong>, for the church in Quintal, Haute-Savoie<\/strong>. After his death, 7 generations<\/strong> succeeded each other and continued the operation of the Foundry, a great family story<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>

Today the manager of the Foundry is Philippe Paccard, assisted by his brother Cyril<\/strong>. Since 1989, date when it moved to Sevrier on the shores of Lake Annecy<\/strong>, Foundry has created many bells and carillons<\/strong>, such as the carillon of Chambery, of Sevrier, The World Peace Bell, the bourdon of the cathedral of Orl\u00e9ans, etc.<\/p>

With Philippe and Cyril, the company enters the third millennium<\/strong>. In 1999, they created Ars Sonora, an urban planning concept that combines the musicality<\/strong> of the bell with architectural design<\/strong>.<\/p>

2007 saw the birth of the Campanuna<\/strong><\/a> subsidiary<\/strong> (now PACCARD E.COMMERCE): the first website for miniature bells and personalised house bells<\/strong>, for use by individuals and communities.
